Rewild the Breath is an invitation to remember what it feels like to be fully alive. To breathe beyond your habits, move beyond your routines, and make room for something unexpected. Come for the breathwork, stay for the ocean, the jungle, the stillness, and the discoveries that happen when you finally give yourself space.
Each morning begins with a powerful, immersive breathwork practice designed to expand awareness, shift familiar patterns, and open the door to new states of consciousness. As the practice deepens, the outside world begins to fall away. The body softens, the mind grows quiet, and the breath becomes a gateway into a more expansive experience of yourself. Each session concludes with a profound period of rest, where time seems to dissolve and the sounds of the surrounding jungle become a soundtrack for the soul.
Beyond the mat, the adventure is yours. Ride the waves of the Pacific, wander through lush tropical landscapes, discover hidden waterfalls, explore the local culture, or spend the afternoon beside the pool. Take a bike ride, join an excursion, or find a hammock beneath the palms and let yourself do absolutely nothing. There is no rush, no checklist, and no need to be anywhere other than where you are.
Three fresh, home cooked meals are included each day, prepared with local ingredients and enjoyed in the relaxed, communal spirit of retreat life. As the day winds down, an evening practice invites you inward once more, creating space to release accumulated tension, settle the nervous system, and transition into a night of deep, restorative rest.
The retreat is led by Kyle Roberts, a yoga teacher, acupuncture physician, breathwork facilitator, and Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 20 years of experience exploring yoga, meditation, breathwork, and embodied awareness. His approach brings together traditional wisdom and experiential practice, creating an environment for personal exploration, deeper connection, and a more intimate relationship with the breath.

Where is the Retreat Located?
The Vida Asana resort is located near Playa Hermosa in Costa Rica’s Puntarenas province near the town of Jacó. Vida Asana is a place where comfort meets the untamed beauty of the natural world. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the eco resort offers space to practice yoga, surf, bike, explore, and simply be. The open air yoga shala brings you directly into the landscape, where warm ocean air, shifting light, birdsong, and the living energy of the jungle become part of the practice itself.

- All rooms have a private bathroom, hot water, AC, ceiling fan, and organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

What is the Investment?
- Flexible Payment Plans Available if it helps
- Private Room (1 person): $2449
- Shared Accommodations (2-3 people): $1749/person
- Deposit of $500 due to reserve your room.
- A 4% fee will be added to all credit card payments for processing. The fee can be avoided by either bringing a check or cash to Soluna or Venmo us @soluna-yoga-spa
- Once you register and pay deposit we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be due no later than March 15, 2026. If you sign up after March 15, the total amount will be due upon sign up. Final day to sign up is June 10, 2026, provided there is still availability.
- Investment does not include airfare or additional travel expenses.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking, a cancelation fee of $250 will not be returned. All payments made towards the retreat are non-refundable after January 1, 2026 and will be used as a credit minus the cancelation fee for a future retreats or services offered by Soluna Yoga+Spa. Cancelations made within 60 days of the retreat are 100% non-refundable, and a credit will not be issued.

What Are the Travel Details?
- Arrival: To be included in the airport group shuttle transportation included in this retreat, you will want to choose the option of flight arrival time to San Jose, Costa Rica Airport (SJO) that is between 11am-1pm on the June 15, 2026. If you are unable to arrive in that window of time, we will arrange private transportation for you at an additional cost. It’s typically a 90 min drive to the retreat center, but the shuttle will stop at a cool sight seeing spot on the way to see crocodiles and will stop at a market for you to get additional snacks and drinks that you would like during your stay.
- Departure: To be included in the airport group shuttle that is included in this retreat, choose a flight that departs on June 20, 2026 anytime after 12pm. If you choose a flight that leaves before that time, we will arrange a private shuttle for you at an additional cost not included in the retreat.
- We recommend, if at all possible, to allow yourself to arrive prior or stay after the retreat to explore other locales in Costa Rica. If you arrive early, you can meet us at the airport on June 15 if you would like to be on the shuttle. Or if you plan to stick around the country after the
